Project Director <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/lerrn\/people\/james-milner\/\">James Milner<\/a> also participated in the closing plenary \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lw6FYBUp8O4\">\u201cHow a global pandemic alters the global imagination\u201d<\/a> \u2013 where he highlighted the value of virtual spaces for facilitating conversations among refugees, scholars, and civil society members across borders.
