How can we break it?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Refugee-led organizations are locked in a vicious cycle.
