Dr. Crisp predicts there will be a \u201ccontinuation of the exclusionary refugee policies currently pursued by many of the world\u2019s most prosperous countries.\u201d But on the other hand, in the Global South where 85% of the world\u2019s refugees are to be found, \u201cthere will be a much stronger focus on market-oriented approaches to self-reliance, host community support and social inclusion, facilitated by the greater involvement of development actors and the private sector.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read more about his reflections<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/trafig.eu\/blog\/after-the-forum-new-directions-in-global-refugee-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event this Thursday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To further learn about next steps after the Forum, join our roundtable discussion on Thursday Jan 30.
