At the forum, Canada made history <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">when it included a refugee advisor, Mustafa Alio,<\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u00a0as a formal member of the Canadian delegation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>However, refugee participation doesn&#8217;t stop there, as LERRN Director James Milner discussed in a podcast created by Carleton University&#8217;s Department of Political Science.<\/p>\n<p>Milner says there must be inclusion policies where &#8220;refugees are included right at the beginning.
