Withdrawal\/refund or transfer requests made before these dates will be subject to an administrative fee. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LinR will refund fees with the following conditions. Requests for refunds or transfers will be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A $15 administrative fee until February 27<sup>th<\/sup> for the Early Spring Session, and until April 28<sup>th<\/sup> for the Late Spring Session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A $40 fee between February 28<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; March 3<sup>rd<\/sup> for the Early Spring Session, and between April 29<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; May 5<sup>th<\/sup> for the Late Spring Session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No refunds for class withdrawals will be granted after March 3<sup>rd <\/sup>for the Early Spring Session and after May 5<sup>th<\/sup> for the Late Spring Session. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No refunds will be granted for textbooks and\/or supplies. Credits on Lifelong Learning Program accounts will no longer be issued. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parking Refund Policy<\/strong>:&nbsp;LinR will refund fees for the unused days of main campus parking permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transfers: <\/strong>Should a participant wish to transfer from one&nbsp;class to another (within the same session), an e-mail or telephone call (613-520-3699) to the Lifelong Learning Program office is required. A letter or e-mail confirming the participant\u2019s transfer to another class will be sent and should be retained for the participant\u2019s records.
