A passionate educator and researcher, Rowida has brought her expertise to our Lifelong Learning Program through fascinating lectures like\u00a0<em>The Invisible Chefs: Microbes in Your Meals<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>The State of Health: Navigating Emerging Global Threats<\/em>. Rowida started lecturing with LLeaP during our inaugural Summer Showcase in 2024 and has found teaching the Lifelong Learning community to be a wonderful experience. Rowida\u2019s dream is to teach health science using sign language, making complex scientific concepts accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing students and to create an equitable classroom that empowers every student to reach their full potential.Her engaging teaching style and deep knowledge make learning both accessible and exciting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rowida\u2019s contributions enrich our program, inspiring curiosity and fostering a love of lifelong learning.
