The celebration of the 2025 Week of the Italian Language in the World continues!



For this year’s theme, Italophony: Language Beyond Borders, the Italian Embassy, together with the School of Linguistics and Language Studies (SLALS) at Carleton University, is pleased to invite you to a special Italian film screening of L'Ombra del Giorno, a 2022 film from director Giuseppe Piccioni.



We look forward to welcoming students, faculty, and members of the wider community to this cinematic celebration of Italian language and culture.
