Abstracts for individual presentations should be 300 words max. (including possible references).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A block of time will be reserved in the conference program for <strong>poster presentations<\/strong>, when presenters will be able to discuss their research in progress, their fieldwork or their results. Posters are often presented in a visual format with individualized discussions. Abstracts for posters should be max. 300 words (including possible references).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also invite <strong>thematic panels or<\/strong> <strong>roundtables <\/strong>that align with the main axes of the conference. For panels and roundtables, the proposal should include the general aims and rationale of the event (max. 300 words), as well as the names, affiliations and short abstracts (200 words) for each contribution. Panels and roundtables shouldn\u2019t be more than 2 hours long.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deadline for abstracts submission is <strong>November <\/strong><strong>15<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, <strong>2025<\/strong>. Abstracts should be submitted via the ConfTool platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conftool.org\/lpp2026\/index.php?page=index\">https:\/\/www.conftool.org\/lpp2026\/<\/a>. Abstracts will be accepted in English or French, but papers are welcome in various languages. In order to reach a larger audience, we ask participants presenting in languages other than French or English to include a visual support (for example, a PowerPoint presentation) in one of Canada\u2019s official languages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Please note: <\/strong>This conference will be exclusively in person. There will not be any option for attending or presenting virtually.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conf\u00e9rence propose diff\u00e9rents formats de soumission\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des communications individuelles<\/li>\n<li>Des pr\u00e9sentations par affiche<\/li>\n<li>Des sessions th\u00e9matiques ou tables-rondes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <strong>communications individuelles<\/strong> seront d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 20 minutes, suivie de 10 minutes de p\u00e9riode de questions. Les affiches sont habituellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es avec un support visuel et une discussion individualis\u00e9e.\u202fLes propositions pour les pr\u00e9sentations par affiche devraient \u00eatre de 300 mots max. (incluant les \u00e9ventuelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous invitons \u00e9galement les propositions de sessions th\u00e9matiques ou de tables-rondes qui rejoignent les trois axes de la conf\u00e9rence. La proposition pour ces activit\u00e9s devrait inclure les objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et le d\u00e9roulement de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement (max. 300 mots) ainsi que les noms, affiliations et brefs r\u00e9sum\u00e9s (200 mots) pour chacune des contributions. Les sessions et tables-rondes ne devraient pas d\u00e9passer deux heures au total.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La date limite pour soumettre une proposition est le <strong>15 novembre<\/strong> <strong>2025<\/strong>. La conf\u00e9rence accepte les propositions soumises en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, mais les communications peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans d\u2019autres langues.
