Introduction to Combinatorics – Grade 10-11 Students
.The course will cover the following topics:
- Symbolic logic
- Methods of proof
- Sets and sequences
- Principles of counting
- Mathematical induction
- Sums and identities
- Recurrence relations
- Basic probability theory
These topics will be covered in-depth and are go well beyond the Ontario Elementary or Secondary School Curriculum.
2020/21 Course Information
Carleton University will be operating online at least until December 2020. We will not be able to offer this course until University is open for regular classes.
