Fee Waiver Information Page
Math Enrichment Centre offers Fee Waivers for families in challenging financial situation. To apply for a Fee Waiver, please complete the attached PDF form and send it by e-mail to: enrichment-admin@math.carleton.ca, along with copies of documents confirming your income. Normally, we require copies of most recent “Notice of Assessment” from Canada Revenue Agency for all parents/guardians. We understand that in 2020 your financial situation may have significantly changed due to COVID epidemic. If this is the case, and you are receiving financial assistance from the Government (e.g. CERB), you may include a screenshot confirming this fact, in place of the “Notice of Assessment”.
IMPORTANT: In all documents that you send us, please black out any additional information, including Social Insurance Numbers. We only need your Name, address (if indicated) and the amount of income.
