The conference is free, but registration is required in <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fpa\/visions-for-canada-2042\/\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"yiv5523883604MsoNormal\" id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1486688690923_31317\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The panel will be a moderated conversation between Jean-Nicolas Beuze (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unhcr.ca\/\">Representative to Canada, UNHCR<\/a>), Heather Jeffrey (Director General, Humanitarian Affairs, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.international.gc.ca\/international\/index.aspx?view=d&amp;lang=eng\">Global Affairs Canada<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jessiecthomson\">Jessie Thomson<\/a> (Senior Director, Humanitarian Assistance and Emergencies Team, CARE Canada) and <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/polisci\/people\/milner\/\">James Milner<\/a> (Carleton University), situated within the current context of the global refugee regime and follow-up to the <a href=\"http:\/\/refugeesmigrants.un.org\/declaration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">2016 New York Declaration<\/a>.
