Why do states that are non-signatory to the 1951 Convention grant protection to forced migrants, and what influences their policymaking processes? Join us for this LERRN Speaker Series event where Dr. Ola El-Taliawi will be sharing her knowledge and expertise on public policy and refugee studies. Dr. Ola El-Taliawi, Postdoctoral Fellow in Global Refugee Policy, will outline her research agenda that seeks to advance our understanding of how refugee policies are formulated and implemented in these contexts.
