She is a former contributing editor to Maclean\u2019s and was a columnist with the National Post from 1998-2002 and again from 2006-2007. As a writer for the National Post she interviewed many notable world figures, politicians and thinkers. She has authored two books, Linda Frum\u2019s Guide to Canadian Universities and Barbara Frum: A Daughter\u2019s Memoir.\u00a0 Both books were Canadian bestsellers. \u00a0 She is also a Gemini-Award winning documentarian. In 2006, she was chair of the Women\u2019s Division of the United Jewish Appeal. She is a past board member of the Canada Israel Committee, the Art Gallery of Ontario Foundation, and the Ontario Arts Council. She is a recipient of the Golda Meir Leadership Award from the State of Israel bonds.\u00a0 And in 2010, Yeshiva University awarded her a Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Honourable Linda Frum is an accomplished writer and journalist.
