She also works closely with police services in Canada and Scotland on issues associated with police officer wellbeing. &nbsp;She is currently working on four major studies exploring the impact of COVID-19 on work-life balance and employee wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selected Publications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duxbury, L. and Higgins, C.
