Rom\u00e9o Dallaire, author and advocate Margaret Trudeau, former Ottawa Senators captain Daniel Alfredsson and Olympic figure skater Elizabeth Manley, when he receives a Transformational Leader award at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theroyal.ca\/get-involved\/about-foundation\/our-purpose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Royal Ottawa Foundation<\/a>&nbsp;for Mental Health\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theroyal.ca\/get-involved\/fundraising-events\/inspiration-awards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2021 Inspiration Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bacon has been a champion for mental health, sharing his own story about depression and substance use to inspire others and lead the Carleton University community in a
