Loneliness is a mental health issue; it can lead to anxiety and depression and even impact physical health. It\u2019s a real concern.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u201cBut you can\u2019t paint all solitude with the same broad brush,\u201d he continues. \u201cIt can also be good for us.
