I’d love to help make the transition to university easier for incoming first-year students, as it can be a challenging and stressful time.
What is one thing you wished you knew in your first year?
I wish I knew about the many health and counselling services offered at Carleton. These resources are so useful and provide the tools to better manage and improve your mental health and well-being when balancing your academic responsibilities.
