Why did you want to become a mentor?
I became a mentor because I am interested in doing meaningful work within the Carleton community.
What is one thing you wished you knew in your first year?
I wish that I knew earlier how important it was to establish a good balance in my schedule; my first year was amazing, but University is demanding in nature, so making time for myself and my interests was crucial for my mental health.
