{"id":14142,"date":"2017-08-14T12:51:47","date_gmt":"2017-08-14T16:51:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/mobileservices\/?p=14142"},"modified":"2017-08-14T13:29:41","modified_gmt":"2017-08-14T17:29:41","slug":"important-announcement-regarding-your-rogers-bill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/mobileservices\/2017\/important-announcement-regarding-your-rogers-bill\/","title":{"rendered":"Important Announcement regarding your Rogers Bill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to inform you that you might see extra charges for MMS messages on your invoices for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>August 1st\u00a0\u00a0(Usage between July 2nd\u00a0and August 1st) and<\/li>\n<li>September 1st\u00a0(Usage between August 2nd\u00a0and September 1st)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>These charges will be fully credited back to your account.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will also be an adjustment for the voice only portion of your invoice.\u00a0 You were charged $5 for the voice only portion of your plan when it should be $8 to include unlimited MMS messages.\u00a0 As a result the following schedule will apply.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>July 1st invoice \u2013 usage as per old plan, we bill monthly service fee 1 month ahead. No credits required.<strong>\u00a03$ monthly fee will be charged and applied on September invoice.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>August 1st\u00a0invoice \u2013 MMS will be credited and\u00a0credits will appear on September 1st\u00a0invoice.<strong> 3$ monthly fee will be charged and deducted from credit<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>September 1st\u00a0invoice- MMS will be credited and<strong>\u00a0credits will appear on October 1st\u00a0invoice. 3$ monthly fee will be charged automatically<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>October 1st\u00a0invoice \u2013 MMS will be captured by the plan, no credits required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The account should be billing correctly by the October 1st\u00a0invoice.<\/p>\n<p>We apologize the inconvenience.
