 New this year!

Executive Track – Enrollment Limited to 25 Participants

You have been asking and we have delivered!

New this year to Fundraising Day presented by Carleton University is an Executive Track designed for leaders in the philanthropic sector – CEOs, EDs, and VPs of Fundraising – individuals who have significant experience, control budgets, manage development staff and volunteers and make decisions about the direction of our sector.

The Executive Track has a limited number of attendees who must meet the Executive Track criteria to register for this specialized session. The track is comprised of two components: A panel discussion moderated by Susan Phillips from Carleton University’s School of Public Policy, comprised of some of our sector’s thought leaders including Jeffrey Solomon of the Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies. Topics of discussion will range from how the trends in philanthropy apply to the Foundation work we do here in the capital and where the charitable sector is heading, the art of using Key Performance Indicators in managing up to our Boards and using Key Indicators to manage progress in our high performance teams. There will be plenty of time for dialogue and discussion within this intimate group. The formal part of the Executive Track will be followed by a keynote address delivered at lunch by Jeffrey Solomon to the full group. Lunch provides an excellent networking opportunity as well as a first hand opportunity to see who will be awarded this year’s Outstanding Fundraising Executive.
