diane_plourde“The MPNL program has really helped me grow professionally.  It has provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge in a variety of areas by using my practical experience and combining it with a more theoretical framework allowing me to think more critically and analytically in order to make better decisions as a nonprofit leader. The program has helped me to better understand the scope of philanthropy and nonprofit leadership and was instrumental in my decision to accept a new position focusing on poverty and the food insecurities faced by so many. I truly feel that I can apply much of what I have learned about organizational development, governance, leadership, and social entrepreneurship to this challenging new position and vital community agency which offers the services of a soup kitchen, food bank and thrift store. I would highly recommend the MPNL program to anyone who has a passion for the philanthropic and nonprofit leadership sector, wishes to increase their professional growth, is considering a change or wishes to take the next step from front line work to management responsibilities.”
