Over the last 15 years, Alison has worked in Southeast Asia and Canada as a grants specialist with comprehensive experience developing and implementing international health programs, largely focused on nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her last field position, Alison was Grant Manager for Action Contre la Faim-Myanmar (ACF) during the Rohingya Genocide. ACF provides life-saving nutritional support for vulnerable women and children in a rapidly changing, highly challenging context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alison holds an undergraduate degree from Trent University in Indigenous Studies and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Development Management Studies from Humber College. This is supported by professional accreditation as a Foundation-level Proposal Management Professional, PMP certification, and sector-specific Project Management training, including Project Management for Development Professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alison is eager to join this 11th Cohort of the MPNL degree. She&#8217;s hoping it will expose her to different methods, fields and perspectives, assisting in her journey to become a well-rounded leader.
