This multidisciplinary program equips her with advanced skills in nonprofit management, leadership, impact measurement, policy, financing and fundraising. Her ultimate goal is to leverage these tools to deepen her impact and create meaningful, systemic change in the nonprofit sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also dedicates her time as a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross, contributing to efforts that strengthen community resilience, and serves as a Board Director for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futureblackfemale.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Future Black Female (FBF)<\/a>, a feminist-informed nonprofit that empowers Black girls and women aged 16\u201322 to take charge of their education, careers and civic engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a vision that transcends borders, Titilayo is driven by a mission to expand her humanitarian efforts across Africa while eradicating systemic barriers, amplifying marginalized voices, and fostering inclusive leadership in the global nonprofit sector. She&#8217;s equally committed to advancing equity and social justice in Canada, her second home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A humanitarian, entrepreneur, biochemist, educator, mother and wife, Titilayo\u2019s life is a testament to her commitment to creating a better world. Outside of her professional endeavours, she enjoys watching good movies, engaging in Zumba, cooking and swimming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2024, Titilayo Adedeji received the<\/strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/mpnl\/2024\/linda-sumbo-and-titilayo-adedeji-receive-mpnl-award-for-black-emerging-fundraising-professionals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MPNL Award for Black Emerging Fundraising Professionals<\/a><\/strong>, and in 2025, she received the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/sppa\/jackson-family-scholarship-in-community-engagement\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/sppa\/jackson-family-scholarship-in-community-engagement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jackson Family Scholarship in Community Engagement<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Titilayo Adedeji is on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/titilayoadedeji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Titilayo Adedeji&nbsp;holds both a BSc and MSc in Biochemistry but has embarked on an extraordinary academic and professional path inspired by her unwavering dedication to humanitarian causes\u2014a lifelong passion that defines her purpose and brings her personal fulfillment.
