Amanda Bell (she\/her) lives on an acreage outside of Edmonton, Alberta. She’s the Interim Executive Director of the Fort Saskatchewan Nourishment Centre, where she previously served as President of the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past decade, Amanda has honed her skills in fund development, event planning, management, communications, and program design and evaluation. She’s worked with a variety of organizations, most recently developing a fund development department, from the ground up, for a $7 million charity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a CFRE, Amanda is deeply committed to understanding, practising, and sharing fund-development best practices. She’s passionate about human-centred causes, with a particular focus on combating food insecurity. Her leadership extends beyond her professional role; she’s served on multiple boards, and thrives on finding small ways to effect significant changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently completing her MBA in Community Economic Development, Amanda is inspired by a belief that no education is wasted, driving her continuous learning and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband and golden retriever.
