I am interested in developing a better understanding of biomechanics and technological advancements in the medical field. My current project involves studying the impact of different high-sugar diets on muscle integrity in a diet-induced obesity mouse model. In this role, I dissect mouse muscles, extract proteins, and analyze them for fibrosis, fat infiltration, and contractile protein content.
