Students will activate their account through Carleton Central.

Staff and faculty will active their account through the password management website using a default password.  The video below is for staff and faculty.

To set up your MyCarletonOne account for the first time:

  1. Disable CU-Wireless from all wireless devices.
  2. Go to the secure MyCarletonOne website:
  3. Enter your User ID (firstnamelastname).
  4. Enter your default password.
  5. Provide responses to six security questions.
  6. Click on the My Password tab and create a new password.
  7. Log out of MyCarletonOne.
  8. Change your CU-Wireless and Exchange passwords.
