When I finished my third year, I didn\u2019t have a clear path for what I wanted to do in the future, I just knew that I wanted to be in health care. With the help of my mentors, I found Occupational Therapy (OT) at the University of Alberta and I have loved everything about it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Occupational therapists focus on helping individuals (re)learn activities they are currently unable to perform, which includes everything from daily activities of living such as dressing and eating, to learning to walk with a prosthetic or use a wheelchair.
