He has taught courses on advanced theory for social work practice: social policy; social administration and policy; housing policy; social policy analysis; and poverty and anti-poverty policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jose Galdo<\/strong><br>\nAssociate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, and Associate Professor, Department of Economics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:Jose.Galdo@carleton.ca\">Jose.Galdo@carleton.ca<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galdo\u2019s research interests include labour economics, micro-econometrics, applied econometrics and development economics. His research lies at the intersection of applied economics and the evaluation of public policy using both experimental and non-experimental approaches. He has been in every Government of Canada budget lockup since 2008.
