Building on extensive fieldwork and interviews, it offers insights into how &nbsp;drug markets work and the reasons why some markets are violent, and others not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daudelin\u2019s research focuses on property rights and conflict, Brazilian foreign policy and international relations in the Americas, as well as crime and violence in Latin America.
