He is the editor of <em>Canadian Foreign Policy Journal<\/em> and is a fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute. He is the author, editor or co-editor of 21 books, and has authored or co-authored more than 90 peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters. His most recent books focus on diaspora co-operation, corruption in Canada, branding Canadian foreign policy and state fragility.
