We\u2019re very proud to play an integral part in this exciting event in our nation\u2019s capital.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>FIRST<\/em> Robotics Competitions typically attract over 1,000 high school students, parents, volunteers, judges and mentors and give <em>FIRST<\/em> teams the chance to compete in a program that is \u201cmore than robots.\u201d Under strict time limitations, students design and build 120-pound robots that compete on a playing field to complete tasks. Students program and test their machines using skills in engineering, coding, and design.
