\n Carleton\u2019s Faculty of Public Affairs to Host Election Night Party\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

As the results of the 2019 federal election come in from across the country, Carleton University\u2019s Faculty of Public Affairs<\/a> will host an Election Night Party<\/a>. The party will include an expert panel sharing thoughts and predictions prior to polls closing in Eastern and Western Canada, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When<\/strong>: Monday, Oct. 21, 2019, panel begins at 8 p.m.
\nWhere<\/strong>: Second Floor Conference Room 270-274, Residence Commons, Carleton University
\nInfo<\/strong>: Registration is available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media are invited to attend the event and speak to students about their reaction to the election results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join fellow political watchers for the exciting conclusion of the 2019 election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moderated by Jonathan Malloy<\/a>, the Bell Chair for the study of Parliamentary Democracy, the panel includes health and pharmaceutical policy expert Marc-Andr\u00e9 Gagnon<\/a> from the School of Public Policy and Administration<\/a>,<\/strong> Jennifer Robson<\/a> from the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management<\/a>, <\/strong>an expert on poverty, inequality and pocketbook issues in the campaign, <\/strong>and Paul Thomas<\/a>, senior research associate at the Samara Centre for Democracy and an adjunct research professor at Carleton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
