Carleton will highlight a different faculty each day during the week, through June 25. On the morning of each day, graduates in the designated faculty will receive an email with a link to a personalized online experience they can share with family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s honorary degree recipients are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/bernard-142w-1.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>The Honourable Wanda Thomas Bernard<\/strong><br>\nSenator Bernard was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of her outstanding contributions to racial and cultural equality, diversity, and inclusion at all levels of Canadian society.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/burdett-moulton-142w-1b.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>Harriet Burdett-Moulton<\/strong><br>\nBurdett-Moulton was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of her distinguished career in architecture, especially centred on Indigenous peoples and the Canadian Arctic.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/hebert-142w-1b.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>Chantal H\u00e9bert<\/strong><br>\nH\u00e9bert was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of her distinguished career in journalism and political commentary.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/jarilowsky-142w-1.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>Stephen A. Jarislowsky<\/strong><br>\nJarislowsky was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the philanthropic sector and outstanding leadership in good business education and ethical finance.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/leroux-142w-1.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>Monique F. Leroux<\/strong><br>\nLeroux was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of her accomplished leadership in the world of business and her service as an inspiring role model and mentor to subsequent generations.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/justice-martin-142w-1.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>The Honourable Sheilah L. Martin<\/strong><br>\nJustice Martin was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, <em>honoris causa<\/em> in recognition of her distinguished career in Canadian law, championing legal and judicial education, women\u2019s rights, diversity, equality and Indigenous rights.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/pimm-142w-1.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/figure><\/td><td><strong>June B.
