He is the editor of <em>Canadian Foreign Policy Journal<\/em> and is a fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute. He is the author, editor or co-editor of 21 books, and has authored or co-authored more than 90 peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters. His most recent books focus on diaspora co-operation, corruption in Canada, branding Canadian foreign policy and state fragility. In 2017, Carment was a visiting scholar at the World Institute for Development Economics Research, Finland, and in 2015 was a fellow at the Centre for Global Cooperation Research, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elliot Tepper<\/strong><br>\nProfessor, Department of Political Science<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:e_tepper@carleton.ca\">e_tepper@carleton.ca<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tepper is a professor of comparative politics and international relations. He regularly provides media commentary at home and abroad on a wide range of topics, providing context and deep background to the news stories of the day.
