\n Carleton Experts Available: Federal Cabinet Shuffle\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The federal government is expected to shuffle cabinet this week setting up the cabinet that will be in place for the next federal election. Carleton University experts are available to discuss subjects related to the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armstrong has more than twenty years of experience in the communications field, most recently as director of communications for Finance Minister Bill Morneau. In that role, she was responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans that supported the government\u2019s economic agenda \u2013 work that drew on her experience helping to write the last four federal budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armstrong also served as lead speechwriter for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and helped to author the Liberal Party\u2019s election platform in 2015, a role she repeated in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
