Carleton University, earlier named one of Canada\u2019s Top 100 Employers, has achieved further recognition as one of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers<\/a> for the 10th consecutive year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This ongoing acknowledgment highlights Carleton’s dedication to building and sustaining a community-oriented workplace. The university is recognized for its smart, caring community that prioritizes employee wellness and fostering an environment that encourages individuals to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Nov. 17, Carleton was also recognized as one of Canada\u2019s Top 100 Employers<\/a> and on Nov. 30, as a\u202fTop Employer for Canadians Over 40<\/a>, both\u202ffor the second consecutive year. These recognitions, in the company of other organizations of note, are exceptional honours and a point of pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe judges noted that Carleton specifically stood out as a top employer for our pension plan, our policies around vacation and time off, as well as our Healthy Workplace initiative,\u201d added Lorraine Dyke, Vice-President (Finance and Administration).<\/p>\n\n\n
