This event is open to undergraduate and graduate students conducting research in the Arctic, Subarctic, or Antarctic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer students the opportunity to present their research and ideas in a supportive and inclusive environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate scholarly communication among students and faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"cu-column-content\">\n    \n\n<p>Le <strong>Symposium pour \u00c9tudiants en Recherches Nordiques Ottawa-Carleton (S\u00c9RNOC)<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u afin d\u2019offrire l\u2019espace n\u00e9cessaire aux \u00e9tudiant.e.s de L\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa et de Carleton pour pr\u00e9senter leurs id\u00e9es et leurs recherches dans un environnement encourageant et sans-stress. Case studies, philosophical pieces, literature reviews, conceptual development papers, or completed empirical studies pieces are all appropriate topics for the presentation. Unique presentations not using traditional formats (see above) are also welcome.
