Delane is a first year MA student at NPSIA specializing in International Organizations and Global Public Policy. Her research interests include human geography, climate induced migration, climate change and immigration policy.

Delane completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University in 2015. During her time at McGill, she was the actively engaged on campus and served as the President of the Black Student’s Network at McGill, a university service for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) dedicated to sensitizing the McGill community to issues concerning BIPOC and making campus safe and accessible for them in order to support their academic success as well as mental and physical well-being.

She is a full-time international relations policy analyst at Environment and Climate Change Canada, specializing in bilateral relations with African countries, and bilateral relations with China. She is fluent in French and has an elementary proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese.
