Since completing her Ph.D., she has worked with Canadian political parties and Non-Governmental Organizations to advocate for improved policy on peacebuilding. She is a regular contract Instructor at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, and she is a member of the Human Rights, Research and Education Centre at the University of Ottawa and the McLeod Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her research interests include peacebuilding, civil society, human rights, state fragility, Canadian foreign policy, and gender equality.
