With the ability to more effectively utilize this data, international affairs researchers and policy makers could better identify and address current and emerging challenges in the world of international affairs, including socio-economic development, climate change, trade and investment, and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Collaborative Specialization in Data Science, coordinated by Carleton\u2019s Institute for Data Science, provides NPSIA students with the skills necessary to gather, collate, analyze and present this data.
