This prestigious fellowship is based on&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/normanpatersonschoolofinternationalaffairsnpsiafpa.createsend1.com\/t\/t-i-skjitll-l-ik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Power Within<\/a>, a&nbsp;report by Plan International designed to empower youth by promoting self-confidence and leadership.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Fellow, Olivia will focus on implementing policy recommendations to encourage youth leadership and tackle systemic barriers to positive self-esteem across Canada. Over the next year, she will collaborate with other Fellows on initiatives that promote gender equality through workshops, advocacy, and participation in the National Activation Summit in May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations&nbsp;to Olivia on this exciting achievement!
