With extensive experience in informatics and policy, she has played key roles in optimizing electronic healthcare charting systems and leading organizational reviews of nursing scope of practice in alignment with regulatory standards. Her leadership extends to advocacy and governance internationally, federally and provincially inspired by her involvement with the Canadian Nurses Association. In her professional practice roles, Danielle has demonstrated a deep commitment to improving healthcare delivery and supporting interdisciplinary teams in navigating complex healthcare challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danielle\u2019s current research focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence in medicine and education, particularly its impact on clinicians and educators in seeking solutions for offloading system wide administrative burden and supporting patient and provider autonomy. She is actively involved in the development of nursing curricular models that aim to reduce the theory-practice gap and address healthcare provider burnout. Drawing on her nursing, education and business background, she emphasizes strategic leadership in community and higher education, using her experience to bridge gaps between academic theory and real-world practice and facilitating teams in co-creating large scale change.
