Through these conversations, students shared their ideas, reflected on current challenges in health care, and explored how innovation can support safer, more connected, and more patient-centred nursing practice.

The presentations also planted important seeds for the future of nursing. By connecting classroom learning with real-world questions in digital health, students considered how technology, data, and evidence-informed practice can help transform health systems and improve care for patients, communities, and health professionals.

The School of Nursing extends its thanks to everyone who attended, engaged with students, and contributed to meaningful conversations about the future of nursing and digital health.

Congratulations to all NURS 2016 students on their excellent work.

Students in NURS 2016: Introduction to Health Information Technology recently completed their final digital poster presentations at Carleton University, sharing creative and thoughtful work on the future of nursing, health care, data, and technology.
