\"PalomaLa Dre Paloma Raggo dirige le Charity Insights Canada Project (CICP)<\/a> \/ Projet Canada perspectives des organismes de bienfaisance (PCPOB)<\/a>. Elle s’est entretenue avec PANL Perspectives<\/em><\/a> pour discuter du processus de s\u00e9lection des organismes de bienfaisance participants, des membres du comit\u00e9 consultatif et des questions du sondage hebdomadaire. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2022. Les r\u00e9ponses anonymes soumises par les organismes de bienfaisance au sondage aideront \u00e0 mieux comprendre les tendances, les possibilit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis auxquels fait face le secteur caritatif canadien. Q : Comment s\u00e9lectionnez-vous les organismes de bienfaisance qui participent au sondage?<\/h2>\n

Raggo<\/strong> : \u00c0 l’aide de divers param\u00e8tres, nous s\u00e9lectionnons au hasard plus de 1 000 organismes de bienfaisance, francophones et anglophones, de partout au pays. Nous aurons des rempla\u00e7ants pour les organismes de bienfaisance qui abandonnent l’enqu\u00eate, une liste d’organismes de bienfaisance similaires que nous pouvons remplacer. Nous surestimons lors du recrutement, sachant que nous allons avoir de l’attrition.<\/p>\n

Q : Quel est le processus de s\u00e9lection des questions pour le sondage hebdomadaire qui est envoy\u00e9 aux 1 000 organismes de bienfaisance?<\/h2>\n

Raggo<\/strong> : Nous recrutons un comit\u00e9 consultatif de 15 membres compos\u00e9 de personnes du secteur caritatif dans son ensemble, telles que des personnes qui travaillent dans des organismes de bienfaisance enregistr\u00e9s, des activistes et des parties prenantes importantes, et des personnes issues de diff\u00e9rents milieux culturels et universitaires. Notre objectif ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 poser des questions que nous trouvons int\u00e9ressantes, mais aussi \u00e0 co-construire des questions avec les membres de la communaut\u00e9. Id\u00e9alement, le comit\u00e9 consultatif se r\u00e9unira tous les deux mois pour pr\u00e9parer les questions des mois suivants, afin que nous soyons toujours pr\u00eats pour le prochain cycle.<\/p>\n

Q : Quel est le calendrier pour la collecte et le d\u00e9ploiement des sondages et des donn\u00e9es?<\/h2>\n

Raggo<\/strong> : Chaque mercredi, nous enverrons un sondage (avec seulement quelques questions par semaine). Le lendemain, nous recueillerons les r\u00e9sultats. Le vendredi, nous publierons les r\u00e9sultats sur https:\/\/cicp-pcpob.carleton.ca<\/a>. Les r\u00e9sultats hebdomadaires seront partag\u00e9s avec les organisations de bienfaisance participantes par courriel le lundi suivant la cl\u00f4ture de chaque sondage. De plus, un PDF des r\u00e9sultats peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 par n’importe qui. Ainsi, les donn\u00e9es de ce panel de r\u00e9ponse rapide seront mises \u00e0 disposition en temps quasi r\u00e9el. Une analyse des donn\u00e9es aura probablement lieu mensuellement et trimestriellement.<\/p>\n

Q : Quel genre de questions envisagez-vous pour le sondage hebdomadaire?<\/h2>\n

Raggo<\/strong> : Voici les \u00e9bauches que nous devons pr\u00e9senter au comit\u00e9 consultatif; nous les rassemblons apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de brainstorming. Par exemple :<\/p>\n

  1. Qu’est-ce qui ferait la plus grande diff\u00e9rence pour aider votre organisation \u00e0 s’am\u00e9liorer dans ce qu’elle fait?<\/li>\n
  2. Dans quelle mesure vous sentiriez-vous pr\u00e9par\u00e9 si une crise comme la pand\u00e9mie de Covid devait se reproduire aujourd’hui?<\/li>\n
  3. Veuillez nous indiquer les salaires moyens dans votre organisation : d\u00e9butant, interm\u00e9diaire, cadre.<\/li>\n
  4. Comment d\u00e9cririez-vous votre relation avec votre principal donateur?<\/li>\n
  5. Quel type de don ou financement vous aiderait le mieux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser votre mandat?<\/li>\n
  6. Avec quel niveau de gouvernement collaborez-vous et interagissez-vous le plus et le moins?<\/li>\n
