During this time, no classes will take place.<\/p>\n<p>The break is a great time to reset, recharge and reconnect with family and friends.<\/p>\n<h3>Wellness<\/h3>\n<p>Carleton students have access to a range of wellness resources during the break and all year.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/wellness.carleton.ca\/navigator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wellness Services Navigator<\/a> provides personalized and curated mental health and wellness resources anonymously. The Navigator and <a href=\"https:\/\/wellness.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Mental Health and Wellness website<\/a> are great first stops if you\u2019re seeking some support.<\/p>\n<p>If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Off campus: 911<\/li>\n<li>On campus: Campus Safety Services 613-520-4444 or dial 4444 from any on campus phone<\/li>\n<li>Mental Health Crisis Line: 613-722-6914 or 1-966-996-0991<\/li>\n<li>Distress Centre of Ottawa and Region: 613-238-3311<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/athletics.carleton.ca\/\">Carleton Athletics<\/a> is open as usual with fitness classes, personal training and fitness centre workouts to help support your physical and mental wellness.<\/p>\n<h3>Academic Success Support<\/h3>\n<p>A key component of a successful fall break is taking the time to catch up or get ahead on your academics.<\/p>\n<p>Take advantage of a quiet week to connect with the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/csas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for Student Academic Support (CSAS)<\/a>\u00a0and benefit from a <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/csas\/support\/one-on-one-appointments\/writing-consultation-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">one-on-one writing consultation session<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Science students are welcome to drop by the <a href=\"https:\/\/sssc.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Science Student Success Centre (SSSC)<\/a> throughout the week for academic support. It is a great time to freshen up on any time management and study strategies to prepare for the remainder of the term.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/\">Academic Advising Centre<\/a> is open to assist with understanding academic audits, reviewing degree program academic requirements and discussing options for boosting your CGPA, modifying your schedule, overcoming academic difficulty and more.<\/p>\n<p>Stop by the <a href=\"https:\/\/library.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MacOdrum Library<\/a> for all your study sessions, resource needs and research help.<\/p>\n<h2>Career Support<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/career\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Career Services<\/a> team is available to help with resume reviews, mock interview practice.
