Move-in registration begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 and time slots are offered on a first–come, first-serve basis. If you plan to move-in between January 5th to January 10th between the hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. you must register for a move-in time. There is a limit on the number of vehicles permitted during each slot. You CANNOT change your time slot once registered online, but you can contact the Department of Housing and Residence Life Services firstname.lastname@example.org before 12:00 pm on January 4th to cancel your booking and re-register for a new time slot – only one booking is permitted per Residence Student – additional or duplicate entries will be deleted. Even if a moving company is being used, registration is required.
To register, you must create an account at https://carleton.parkadmin.com. Choose the “Residence Move-In” form from the Forms icon on the main screen after logging in and follow the instructions. Print/Save the confirmation page once your form has been submitted so you can place this receipt on the dash of your vehicle during move-in and Parking Garage P18.
How It Works
When arriving on campus, please follow the parking and traffic signs and park in the designated waiting area (Lot P18 – the large parking garage located to the North of the Residence Precinct), while you visit Residence Commons to collect your move-in package. Once you have your move-in package, you will be permitted to move your vehicle closer to your building to unload your belongings.
Further move in details will be sent to you from the Department of Housing and Residence Life Services.

Vehicles must not be left unattended while parked in designated unloading areas. After unloading belongings, vehicles must be moved to Lot P18 – please refer to the CU Campus Map – http://carleton.ca/campus/map/ for parking area/lot locations.
