She has a degree in Ethics from Saint Paul University and an MBA from England\u2019s University of Warwick. Wendy worked with the Secretariat on Responsible Conduct of Research for over ten years where she developed ethics guidance in the areas of research involving human biological materials, clinical trials, and research involving the secondary use of information. Prior to joining the Secretariat, she worked in product line and business management in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries.
