The following are the phones<\/a>\u00a0and headsets<\/a> available for purchasing from Voice Services Department.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Phones<\/h2>\n

After you decided which phone to get, to request it click on ‘Request this phone’ on the right, this will open an email request, then simply provide all the details we will need to install the phone (name, location etc)\u00a0and Voice Services Department will get in touch with you shortly.<\/p>\n

One of the benefits of VoIP telephone service is the ability to\u00a0move\u00a0your own phone into a new office without any intervention from ITS. However, it is important for ITS Voice Services to be made aware when such moves occur so that we can update our billing\/911 database.<\/p>\n

Currently Department of Safety uses our database for\u00a0911\u00a0and other emergency calls. Please have your department administrators notify ITS of all Phone moves<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To request this phone, your departmental administrator must send an email to ITS Service Desk and include the full name including employee number of the customer, location and if they require long distance and voicemail.<\/h4>\n
