Whether you’re looking to manage day-to-day stress and anxieties while increasing your coping skills or you’re seeking an online therapy treatment for issues related to anxiety and depression, TAO’s skill building exercises and online modules are a perfect fit for a students busy life.

TAO offers Carleton students two forms of online support:

TAO Online Therapy for addressing issues related to anxiety and depression. As a TAO participant, each week you will watch short videos and complete skill-building exercises. The exercises can be completed through a smartphone, tablet, or computer and the online modules are accessible 24/7. Additional support is provided through brief weekly meetings with a counsellor via videoconference.

TAO Self-Help is a private platform of educational modules and practice tools that can help you understand and manage how you think, feel, and behave. The modules are designed to help you have a better understanding of your personal experiences and to equip you with strategies to cope with and bounce back from life’s challenges. You can do this on your own time, from anywhere, at no cost.

How do I sign up?
