PMC encourages all registered students to use the Self Awareness Exercise to monitor your academic and mental-health wellbeing.
This exercise will prompt students to consider the following questions, among others:
- Are you managing academic demands?
- Have you been keeping up with deadlines, quizzes and readings?
- Are you managing academic stress?
- Are you reaching out to others to stay active socially?
