PMC encourages all registered students to use the Self Awareness Exercise to monitor your academic and mental-health wellbeing.

This exercise will prompt students to consider the following questions, among others:

  • Are you managing academic demands?
  • Have you been keeping up with deadlines, quizzes and readings?
  • Are you managing academic stress?
  • Are you reaching out to others to stay active socially?
